Who Says You Can't be Cute and Nerdy???

Sushi!

Randall and I enjoy having sushi and when we get it Maddy and Emma always ask to try it. So Randall created some kid friendly chop sticks so Emma could pick up the sushi on her own and eat it.


As you can tell it was pure joy at her success!

The more the girls try it the more they like it and the more they eat!

Sunshine!

I finally find rain boots and a rain coat at goodwill my size and price and get all prepared for the rain then... we got only one day of rain. It had been raining every day before that. I got so tired of changing every time I came home, b/c my pant bottoms were wet, that I decided to get the rain gear. Then I only got to use them once and it has been beautiful sunshine ever since.Don't get me wrong I'm grateful for the beautiful weather. It is just ironic that I got the items to prepare for the opposite. But as my good friend and neighbor Tabitha reminds me "Don't worry about the rain jackets & boots. I'm SURE they'll be put to good use soon enough. This is Seattle afterall!". So, soon enough. Until then we will enjoy the sun.
This picture was taken at our library playground. Since it was so nice out we walked as a family to and from the playground. All and all 2.6 miles. It felt great! Goodbye winter and hello spring!

Lana has been getting all over the place. She mostly just scoots backwards hence getting stuck in weird positions, but is making good progress in going forward now.

She does this by sticking to a strong work out routine!
Can you believe that she does it like its nothing. So to all of you working out here is a little encouragement. If she can you can!

I love how much the girls like to be with each other. They are best friends. We even tryed to put Emma in a different Nursury class and that didn't go over very well. They just love to with each other.

Girl Party

We like to have gilrly parties while Randall is at school in the evening! So a couple of nights we put curlers in everyone's hair. Emma and Maddy thought it was great.



As you can see Lana did not think it was so great. She didn't want her hair done.
Emma actually slept a whole night with them in. I was pretty impressed. Maddy was pulling them out soon after having them in. I don't think I would have slept in them either.
